We believe the key to a good finish is good preparation and using the correct weather protective products and materials, and we are always researching and testing new and different products to give our clients the best weather protective finish.
HIGH QUALITY INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING
Some surfaces will require a clean down prior to any preparation or painting. For example if you have noticed that the fascias and gutters on your house are covered in green algae and moss, this could be caused by living around a lot of trees say around Bramhall Park for instance, this will need killing and removing as it could cause the paint to peel.
Another example could be if you have a shop on a busy road and the exterior is looking a little grim and dirty this is because it will be covered in soot and grime from vehicle exhaust fumes and will need cleaning off and de-greasing prior to any painting as it will affect the adhesion of the paint to the surface.
Or if you are a factory owner and the exterior render needs painting but one side backs on to a woodland and has turned the exterior wall green with moss and algae, this will need an algae killing solution applying and possibly power washing down depending on how bad it is before any paint is applied.

Some exterior projects require a little repair work as part of the preparation, we have the tools and skills to undertake some repairs, however if there are any larger repairs to be done we do have a list of professional contractors who we highly recommend.
Due to health and safety for ourselves, the public and our clients some properties will require scaffolding for us to be able to do a professional exterior paint job especially on busy high streets, main roads and hard to reach areas where it is not safe to use ladders.
