RETURNING CLIENTS
We have done various jobs for this company over the years, from full paint jobs in the meeting rooms, conference rooms, toilets and kitchens, to just touch ups in various side offices and communal areas.
We have also painted block work with an airless spray machine in their warehouse, however this time it was to re paint all the communal areas, minor repair work and the removal of vinyl stickers due to a change of branding.
The first thing that had to be done was to remove the vinyl stickers from the various walls, this was done by using a wide razor scraper but this also left a sticky residue behind, which wasn't an issue as a few wipes over with white spirit soon cleaned it all off, however in some areas the removal of the stickers did damage the paintwork.
To resolve this we primed the edges with a stabilising primer which we then over filled and sanded down with a dustless sander ready for painting.
PROFESSIONAL FINISH
Once all preparation had been done, all the walls and skirting boards in the communal areas and the 2 open plan offices required 2 coats of paint in the company colours along with the handrails on the staircase
